Grace and Truth Baptist Church – Where the people are the Church! This place has been my church home for 11 years. The fellowship is fantastic; the teachings are biblically sound & doctrinal; and the atmosphere will make you feel like you are among loving family – and you are!
The Passion Center for Children – A dynamic, international mission field in Malawi, Africa. My first mission abroad (2018), the Mission and Vision of this faith-based organization is actively at work through the Mission Teams that leave the USA to serve, teach, and minister to the needs of children and their families. PASSION:

My creative passion was sparked by my creative writing class at Northwest Middle School in Kansas City. In time, writing became my confidant, friend and therapist as I spilled my guts onto paper. I quickly fell in love with sharing words of encouragement through quotes, cards & poetry (by the way, did you know I have a poetry book?). God’s Word had always been inspiring but in 2007, it became my greatest source inspiration, edification, & motivation. The blog was a natural transition to – SPEAK TRUE LIFE – God’s view & opinion became far better & more abundant than the world’s. From paper, to blog, to books, it is only natural to expand my inspirations to tangible items.
