😇 Today I woke up ready to start on my “to do” list so I can truly enjoy the rest of my vacation.

😳 As I began to clean up messes left by my daughter, and son & granddaughter as they start moving into their new places, it makes me think of ALL THE MESSES God has had to come behind me and clean up.

🥹 He didn’t yell, get angry, or act in any way that would cause me to feel less loved or condemned (although I am sure there were times Jesus had to talk him out of unleashing a heap of chastisement 😉).

❤️ Instead, God kept nudging me out of the wrong lane I was in, creating plenty of detours, delays, and U-turn signs & messages that shined the light I had let dim that helped me get back on the right road; straight and narrow lanes. And as I moved as he led, the messes became adopted lessons, blessings, and principles.

💚 Our Christian lifestyle is a journey in learning to look honestly with open eyes at the sin messes in our life and strive to submit to the cleansing agents found through the Word & the Holy Ghost. They are our helpers in cutting off the flesh and lustful desires Satan uses to keep us bound to the junk left behind from our prior unsaved state.

🩵 As the “temple of God” we need to open up our heart, mind, and soul for a thorough cleansing by the Word of God daily. This will keep clutter from building up in us.

💜 May all who read be fully submitted and committed to daily washing of our spirit by the Word of God.
