Satan had a plan…

Isaiah 14:13-14 – 13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: 14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.

Howbeit, not a smart plan, but a plan regardless! And sadly, there were angels willing to follow his lead. Then came the fall of Adam and Eve, who were “beguiled” (deceived into believing something that was not true) causing them to lose their created likeness and image of God.

Lucifer was beautiful. He was music. He was the anointed cherub until … iniquity was found in him. [Isaiah 28:13-15]

Fast forward to 2023. Lucifer got a new name (Satan/devil), and he has many followers and children [John 8:44]. His egotistical goal to be like God remains the same in that he wants to be lifted up and draw all men to him as Christ does! [John 12:32]

His deception knows no bounds as he uses his vices to appear as light [2 Corinthians 11:13-15] to those blinded by his beautiful offerings and swayed by the alluring sounds of his children.

Satan is doing his job, and this should provoke every believer to examine the “job” they have been given in the kingdom of God, and the body of Christ. Remember, God has a Plan for You too.
