I’m in a relational mood from my position as a bystander in the topsy-turvy world of dating/marriage. I listen & watch in awe as some self-destruct relationships with potential spouses, cohabitating couples fight to prolong the attraction that brought them together, and married couples work hard to grow, change, and blossom in their marriage so it matures into a mutually mature agape union of strength & resilient oneness.
I came across this song in what else?, but a TikTok reel 😂; a place I’ve gotten if my contemporary music from lately. I am inspired by the perspective of a woman asking God to deal with her attitude, pride, and possible masculine energy so she can UNDERSTAND the man she believes God brought I to her life to live her!
To be honest, there are a lot of women, worldly and godly, providing commentary on what a man’s responsibility toward his wife should look like. Yet, in dissecting what a man’s responsibility should be towards his woman/wife, I would really like to hear from men and women on what his soul & heart needs from HER in order to feel completely at ease being open and vulnerable with the woman who will have full access to every part of him mentally & emotionally.
